Abt. 1 km food shops, bus stop, inexpensive restaurants serving typical Umbrian style cooking and kennels/catteries for pets, horse riding school approx. 3.6 km. Behind the house is a small wood while on the other sides is an extensive area with tables for outdoor dining, an old wood-burning oven, barbecue, deck-chairs, illuminated gazebo and a sunny and floodlit swimming pool (10x5).
