The house Monte Bouça Velha (120m2) with a large private swimmingpool is located near the little village of Ademas, between Santiago do Cacém and Vila Nova de Santo André, and has beautiful views over the hilly landscape. The beach and the lagoon of Santo André are ideal for families (10km., 5 minutes drive), as the children can swimm without danger in the shallow lagoon while the adults play in the waves of the Atlantic.
The equipment and furniture of the house is rustic and very simple, a typical 'Monte Alentejano', a house in Alentejo style. The kitchen is 'improvised' and offers only the basis facilities.
The pool is very large with a length of 14 meters, fed with water of the local well which originally served to irrigate the fields of the farms. The whole property has a size of several acres and is completely fenced.
