The villa is set in the picturesque hills of Altea with a panoramic view of the bay of Altea and the skyline of Benidorm.Although the growth in building has affected the whole of the costas Altea has expanded along its coastline but it has managed to maintain its charm and beauty whilst providing an abundance of shops restaurants and other attractions There is a train between Altea-Denia Altea -Alicante. Alicante is well worth a visit and you can all enjoy the view from the train in the lemon groves and the coastal scenes during the trip and not have the hassle of parking the car The apartment has two twinbedded rooms both with ensuite bathrooms and is well furnished The lounge door leads to the 10 x 5 meter pool with sun terrace BBQ etc The nearest beach is minutes away.There is also a range of books to read and a music centre, DVD player and Satelite TV for your entertainment The beaches of Calpe and Benidorm are excellent and also they have good promenades for an evening stroll after a meal in one of the many restaurants There are also good supermarkets to choose from in Altea Calpe and Benidorm Altea is famous for its gourmet restaurants in the old town and good restaurants on the promenade Close by is the new Theme Park Terra Mitica which is well worth a visit
The apartment is comfortably furnished with new furniture a modern kitchen where you can cook your favourite dish should you wish to dine on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view at night with your meal when you can make your plans for the next day.What a way to chillout from the usual routine at home!
Local Area DetailsA few kilometers from Altea on the road to Benissa is the Jalon Valley where the grapes are grown for the local wine which you can sample and purchase in the Bodega. Alcalali is a small village just a few minutes along the road from Jalon which is well known for its restaurants from which there are so many to make your choice.
