GREAT LOCATION: Upscale area, Right on the lake w/ 100' of lake front property. Huge 1000 sq' foot dock on deep water. Very close to village (a couple minute drive) and to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain (about 5 minute drive). 1/2 mile to hiking, mountain biking trails and horseback riding. Very close to many shops and restaurants. Golf at Bear Mountain .

Things To Do
Winter: Snow ski resorts less than 5 minutes away, great sledding right on our property.
Summer: Endless water activities. Swim and fish right off our 1000 square foot dock.
