Property Details of Quintana Roo Condo
1 bdr. + 1 extra sleeping loft and 1 bath ocean front condos with queen bed in bedroom, and double bed + sofa-bed in loft. Color TV with cable, radio-casette-cd player, fully equipped kitchenette, (micro and electric toaster-oven, blender, coffee maker, electric range, dishware, pots and pans, 20 lt. purified water jug...) linnen, bath and pool towels, hair dryer, etc. Air conditioning, ceiling and floor fans and a balcony overlooking The Hotel Zone and beautiful Isla Mujeres !
There are two swiming pools, big gardens, private parking area, security, etc. From the condo to downtown there are approx. 2 miles and 16 to airport. A private taxi from the airport to condo is $40.- to $60.-usd and the shared shuttle vans $12.- each.
Buses and taxis on site all day long, approx every 15-20 mins. It's not a tourist complex, but rather a private peaceful complex where people stay permanently.
Local Area DetailsThe condos are within walking distance rom very typical & picturesques restaurantes (like for 'locals') and from the "PUERTO JUAREZ" Ferries that cross you to Isla Mujeres and also from a laundry and a couple of convenience stores. Downtown you'll be able to find big chains of supermarkets, such as Sam's Club, Wall-Mart, Costo, etc. and buses will take you there as well as to The Hotel Zone, from door of condos.
The condo is also very near from some small ruins (El Meco), but there are plenty of main ones: Tulum, Chichenitza, Coba... within driving distance for a day trip tour. I' ll give you a list of several options.

There is a $300 US dollar security deposit required, which is fully refundable before you leave, once the inventory has been checked and assuming everything is in proper order.
There is a cancellation fee of $110 US dollars. If cancelling within 60 days of stay, the fee will be 25% of total rent and if cancelling within 45 days, you will lose 50%. If the unit is re-booked, it will be credited toward your next vacation with me, otherwise it will be non-refundable |
