This apartment at the ´Calle de Nou de la Rambla´ forms part of a classic building, which is completely restyled and remodelled from the inside.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and can be accessed by as well stairs as an elevator. When entering the apartment you will find yourself on a platform. Going left, you will enter the luminous living room, which is equipped with brand new and stylish furniture of high quality. There’s the dining table, where you can have your meals enjoying the street views of downtown Barcelona. Of course we also thought of you moment of relaxation after a day of strolling and sightseeing in Barcelona. There for the living room is also equipped with comfortable furniture to guarantee you your moments of rest. Doors at the end of the living room give access to a little balcony with street view. There’s also a television installed.

Next to the living room you will find the new and fully equipped kitchen. It disposes of a refrigerator, a laundry machine and also a dishwasher. Furthermore you will find all the other kitchen-utensils, which guarantee you that you can cook and prepare your dinner like you are used to do at home.

When you turn right on the platform, you were on when you initially entered; you will pass by the bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom is also completely new and disposes of a tub. In the heart of the Old City at only 50 meters of the Palau Guëll. (one of the works of Catalan mastermind constructer Antonio Gaudi) In front of the apartment you will find all kinds of shops, which can provide you with your daily necessities.
At only 100 meters from the apartment you will find yourself at the famous promenade ´La Rambla´. It starts at Plaza de Catalunya and goes all the way down to the Old Port of Barcelona. While descending it, you will encounter all the activities that make this promenade so special: good restaurants, bars, pubs, the most impressive artists, street theater and off course the little market boots selling flowers and birds. At the end of this promenade, in the middle of the Old Harbour, a completely new and impressive shopping mall arises: Maremagnum. The quit environment of the apartment forms a big contrast with this vividness the Rambla.
