This very luxury villa in colonial style is situated in a quiet villa district of Valbonne and has a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and Valbonne.
A remote-controlled gate allows access to the lovely grounds with parking space for five cars. The beautiful round swimming pool with corner extension is surrounded by a terrace with partly shaded sitting area. Of course there are various comfortable sun beds and a large dining table and a barbeque on the terrace.

The beautiful kitchen has all mod-cons (American fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher). The living room has a separate dining area with a lovely round dining table with marble top. The living room has a flag stoned floor with carpets in colonial style. There are three glass sliding doors. You can slide the doors entirely into the walls, so that you can create an open living space connected to the terrace. There is a salon with fire place and a sitting area with access to the terrace with SAT-TV, Video/DVD and stereo with CD-player. There is also a library with a comfortable sofa-bed and bathroom (bath and separate shower) and a double bedroom (airco) with additionnaly a sofa-bed for 2 children. Ensuite bathroom (bath with whirlpool) and a bathroom with shower). On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and shower room and a balcony. There is also a kitchenette. The large master bedroom is one floor lower, it has a four-poster bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom. Through the glass sliding doors you can see the swimming pool. Furthermore there is a small bedroom with sofa-bed for 2 children (entrance outside or trough the master bedroom). Washing machine and dryer available. 2 x Cot with linen and 2 x high-chaire are present.

A very charming old Provençal village with a 17th century town centre, lovely shops and several fine restaurants. Situated amidst pine woods and olive groves. In the vicinity of Valbonne there are many charming small towns to visit: Biot, Mougins, St. Paul de Vence and of course the beaches of Cannes and Antibes. Valbonne is ideal for golf lovers, there are 10 golf courses within 15 km.
Every first Sunday of the month there is an antique market.

Prices depending on season. Renting always from Saturday on Saturday.
