Property Details
A typical Provencial townhouse which consists of four storeys, a total of 130 square metres. The house is situated nearly at the top of a little mountain and has a beautiful view from all the floors in the house, and has the mayors office as the nearest neighbour. The house can accommodate four people comfortably, but due to the steep stone stairs it is not suitable for families with children or people with a walking disability.
Ground floor: Dining kitchen and alcove, stairs to first floor.
First floor: Landing, separate toilet, masters bedroom and bathroom.
Second floor: Living room.
Third floor: Living room / second bedroom.
Local Area DetailsWe are in a exciting part of Provence which has a very rich green landscape and only a few kilometres away the green landscape is replaced with breath taken high mountains that have steep gorges.
Only 20 minutes drive away is Lac de Saint Croix, which offers you bathing and different sailing facilities, and Gorges du Verdon – both very attractive tourist destinations. The two wine producers Saint Jean and Chãteau Thurrey are both near Villecroze in a distance of about 15 kilometres from Moissac-Bellevue. There you can buy great wine at good prices!
There are lots of big and small picturesque towns in the near region, and here are some that we would like to recommend: Tourtour, Villecroze, Cotignac, Moustiere Sct. Marie and Sct. Croix de Verdon.
If you would like to go to the Mediterranean then it’s a good hour drive to for example Fréjus.

The rental period is from Saturday at 4 Pm to Saturday at 10 Am.
There will be an English speaking contact person/caretaker when you check in and out.
A deposit which is 25 % of the rental price has to be paid latest one week after the rental has been confirmed.
The full rental price has to be paid latest three weeks before the rental (holiday) starts.
The deposit will be returned as soon as the key has been returned and the caretaker has contacted us. If anything in the house has been broken or is missing we will have to take that of the deposit.
