Casa das Vinhas is a lovely detached 4 bedroomed villa with private heated pool set in 4 acres of land with pretty gardens and a large patio surrounding the pool area. It is in a peaceful location yet only 5 minutes drive (or 25 minutes) walking to the beach and resort of Armacao de Pera. The villa is an ideal location for children as it is not on a main thoroughfare just down a small country track.
The accommodation comprises:-
Lounge/diner comfortably furnished and has the benefit of a TV with English channels, DVD and Video recorder. A large library of books is there for your enjoyment with a good selection for adults. No need to bring your paper backs.
Fitted kitchen with table and chairs, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, food mixer,coffe maker, etc.
Master suite with double bed and en-suite shower room. This room has a sitting area and a TV for use of a DVD.
Lilac bedroom with twin beds
Green bedroom with twin beds
Both of these bedrooms have ptio doors onto pool terrace.
A large family bathroom is shared between these 2 bedrooms.
Upstairs
Another master suite with double bed and full bathroom. There is a balcony on this floor with lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
Outside the heated pool measures approx 8x5 metres and has plenty of garden furniture to relax on. A charcoal b-b-q is provided for your enjoyment.
Local Area DetailsThe beach at Armacao de Pera is 2k and here you will find an abundance of bars and restaurants and shops.
Aqualand water park is 5 minutes drive and Zoomarine where you can see the Dolphins perform is 10 minutes as is the Algarve Shopping Centre at Guia.
Carvoeiro is 20 minutes and Albufeira likewise. There are several Golf courses in the area all within 10 or 15 minutes.
