Nestling behind luxuriant semi-tropical foliage, this villa offers a quiet, secluded holiday in lovely surroundings. Within a gentle walk are several shops, restaurants and a supermarket, with Moraira village around 2Km away.
The villa entry is via a paved drive, from which steps lead up to a wide terrace area, well screened by trees and shrubs.
Adjoining the terrace is a roomy "naya" (open fronted porch), which affords a shady area for out-of-door wining, dining, or just lazing around.

The accommodation offers a living room with Satellite TV. There is also
a circular Dining Room. The fully fitted kitchen has a micro-wave, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a double bedroom with "en-suite" bathroom (bath with shower over)
a second bedroom offers twin beds as also does the third bedroom. There is a separate bathroom (w.c., handbasin and shower cubicle).

Local Area Details

Moraira was originally a small fishing village, set on a beatiful bay. The centre of the town still has the traces of this origin, in the narrow streets and old buildings of the village.
However, in the last two decades, it has been "discovered" by foreign tourists, and now has extensive numbers of villas, which can be seen shining white amongs the greenery of the surrounding hills. There are now many restaurants and bars in and around the village, as also many boutiques and other shops. The beaches are of fine sand, and there is now a marina, adjoining the original fishing quay, which is crowded with leisure boats.
Moraira enjoys the reputation of being the more "up-market" resot in the Costa Blanca area - there are no high-rise buildings anywhere in the town, and the few hotels are of superior category. Almost all the tourists who come to Moraira stay in rented villas, or apartments, with none of the "Spanish Costa" style of high-rise development hotels/apartments anywhere in the area. The clientele is therefore mainly family orientated.
