Our home is a fully air conditioned, non-smoking, new 7 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath outstanding villa with upgraded interior designer furnishings that will sleep 16. The amazing southeast-facing views can be enjoyed from the extended deck and pool allowing lots of privacy. The villa is approximately 3300 square feet including the game room (converted garage) with 8-ft Pool Table, Ping-Pong Table, Darts, TV and Play Station 2 with Games.

This exquisitely-styled and furnished home is equipped with everything the discerning vacationer should require. 4 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 twins, and 4 twin bunks with pillow-top mattresses. Bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVDs. The main gathering room is equipped with large 60"+ HDTV Television, DVD/VCR player, Home Theater System and Wireless Internet.
A stay at this villa will guarantee a luxurious home away from home, enabling easy access to the many local Orlando attractions.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils, and breakfast nook. There is also a separate dining room. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. All linens and towels are also provided.

For the babies, there is one pack 'n play crib, and one high chair.

* The villa is conveniently located only eight miles from the Disney theme parks, close to the intersection between Highway 192 & Medieval Times.
* Seasons has the benefit of being in an attractive and peaceful area and yet is within two minutes of a large variety of supermarkets including Wal-Mart, Target and Publix.
*The Formos Shopping Centre is close by and has a selection of restaurants including TGI Fridays and Outback Steakhouse. There is also a huge selection of shops and restaurants just a little further on the main US192 highway. The hustle and bustle of downtown Kissimmee is just a few miles away.
* The area is home to some of Florida finest outlet and shopping malls including the newly opened Millennium Mall, the Florida Mall, and Premier Outlet Mall.
