The second bathroom has hand-basin, toilet and bath with electric shower. Bed linen and towels are provided and replaced each week. A child's cot and high-chair are available on request.A large kitchen-dining room has an electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster,fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Crockery, cutlery,glasses, kitchen tools and utensils are provided.The comfortable lounge has colour TV, VCR, Radio/CD player and fireplace fitted with an electric fire. A small study with table and chairs is suitable for quiet relaxation. The pleasant private garden, with views of Kenmare Bay,has car parking, patio, garden furniture and gas barbeque.

In magnificent scenery on the Beara peninsula within the parish of Tuosist, the cottage is an ideal centre for touring, walking, cycling, fishing, boating, golfing and horse riding.
The nearby town of Kenmare is a truly delightful centre with pubs offering traditional music and dancing. Many local restaurants have gained widespread recognition for their outstanding cuisine and hospitality. Many well-signed walking routes are a locally-organised feature. Visits to the Gleninchiquin Park and Waterfall, also the Direen Gardens are a must for the tourist and walker. Two excellent golf courses provide a welcome for the golfer and the angler is well-served by lake and sea-fishing nearby. Horse riding is available at two local stables for experienced riders and beginners.
