Resort requires a US$100 security deposit upon check-in, preferably in the form of acredit card. The resort has two levels and no elevator.Units 221, 222, 123, and 223 are across a dirt lane and approximately 20-30 yards from the beach. Unit view not guaranteed. Directions
From North/Daytona Airport: Take I-95 South to New Smyrna Beach, Exit #249A. Continue east on S.R. 44 approximately 5 miles. Follow the sign that reads "To Beaches". Cross over the South Causeway Bridge, you are now on A1A proceeding south to the crossroad of 23rd Avenue. Make a left turn onto 23rd Avenue and another quick left turn into the parking lot of the Ocean Sands Resort. The Check- in office is located in Unit #111 (3208 Hill Street). From Orlando Airport: Take the Beeline Expressway/528 East (toll road) to I-95 North to New Smyrna Beach and follow the directions above to the resort.

Urgent Information
THE BEACH AT NEW SMYRNA HAD NOT BEEN REBUILT SINCE THE HURRICANES OF 2004. THE BEACH CANNOT BE ACCESSED DIRECTLY FROM THE POOL DECK BEHIND THE RESORT. YOU MUST GO OUT THE FRONT DOOR TO THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND DOWN A RAMP TO ACCESS THE BEACH.
