La Bellota with its private patio and garden areas has AIR CONDITIONING, CENTRAL HEATING, INTERNET ACCESS and SAT TV. It also has a secure parking space. The garden contains a private LARGE HEATED SPA POOL / HOT TUB for the sole use of the guests. There are beautiful views from all areas of the apartment, terraces and garden.

The GARDEN is self contained with dining area and gas barbecue, lawn, flowers, fruit trees and Jacuzzi, which can be adjusted so that it is heated for the winter, cool for the summer.

In the GARDEN/PATIO area there are 2 patio chairs with cushions, table, parasol, 2 sun loungers with cushions and large heated Jacuzzi.

The KITCHEN contains gas oven and hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster and electric kettle. Washing machine facilities are also available.

The LOUNGE consists of sofa, footstool, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, CD hi-fi.

The kitchen and lounge area is air-conditioned for the summer and the apartment is full centrally heated for the winter.

The BEDROOM has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer and ceiling fan light.
A cot can also be provided.

The BATHROOM includes full sized bath and shower, wash-hand basin and toilet. Towels for use in the apartment are provided. N.B. Beach towels for use with the jacuzzi and sun beds are NOT provided.

It is available for rentals from one week to four months and is open all year round.

Please note there is no smoking allowed in any of the property, garden or terrace areas due to it being situated in Spains protected Cork Oak woods. For the same reason no coal barbecues are allowed, a gas barbecue is provided.

THE PRIVATE POOL IS A SPA POOL/ JACUZZI in the private garden which can be heated for the winter and cool for the summer - and its fun at night under the stars!!

Local Area Details

This luxury air-conditioned, heated and double glazed one bedroomed property is set in peaceful, private woodlands perfect for ARTISTS, BIRD WATCHERS or just people who ENJOY beautiful countryside. It has views to the Sierra de Mijas, Sierra de Nevada and across to the nearby village of Alhaurin El Grande. The village is a short drive or walk away and contains plenty of traditional Spanish life, shops, banks and a local market every Thursday.


Within walking distance of the apartment, approximately 1.5kms, there are a few country bar/restaurants one of which has a swimming pool for the use of its diners. While Alhaurin el Grande contains both Spanish and English bars as well as some of the best restaurants in the region. You can dine out in Spanish, Italian, Seafood and quality silver service restaurants for that special occasion.

HORSE RIDING
Within 1.5kms there are horse riding stables and riding school for both beginners and the more experienced. Please contact us if you wish to book a horse riding package.

GOLF
Alhaurin Golf Course is within a 5 minute drive of the property. This 18 hole golf course was designed by Seve Ballesteros, there are also two par 3 9-hole courses and a driving range in the same complex. There are a further 3 golf courses within 20 minutes.

COUNTRY PURSUITS
The apartment is set in beautiful, quiet and typically Spanish countryside and so is ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling, bird watching or painting.

PLACES OF INTEREST
El Roble is perfectly situated for exploring both the coast of the Costa Del Sol and also the beautiful inland areas.
