This money may be sent back to you in case of an early cancellation (i.e., not later than 1 month before the beginning of the rent). In case of a late cancellation, the account will stay ours unless we achieve to rent the villa to someone else, in that case we will refund it to you.
The balance account must be paid to us at least one week before entering the villa as well as a 1000 Euros garantee.
The garantee will be given back as soon as the last day of your stay unless any damage. |
