This very well presented studio apartment on a privately run complex in Golf Del Sur. Over look's 3 beautiful swimming pools, The Atlantic Ocean can be seen from the balcony.

Right on the doorstep a beautiful championship golf course www.golfdelsur.net A few minute walk will take you to lovely San Maguel Marina where the views from the Harbour Masters bar is breath taking and very relaxing.
The apartment has been sectioned off with sliding doors between the bedroom and lounge area, giving more privacy and sleeping comfort. The bedroom area has 2 single beds, with the lounge having a double bed settee. A guest bed is also available for those not wishing to share a double.
TV DVD player, Radio CD/Tape Player. tapes, CDs, DVDs and books for your use.
Fully equipped kitchen with spacious bathroom and balcony.
There is a wide range of food, beverages and entertainment on offer throughout Golf Del Sur. or have a drink in Legends dar located on the complex. Just across the road from the complex is O'Donnell's Irish bar or "San Blas" also offer lots more resturants, bars and entertainment and shops. The very poular Itaian Golf Pizzaria all home cooked. There is something for everyone to enjoy. Los Abrigos is a small fishing village jsut a few minutes by car from Golf del Sur and offers some really nice fish restaurants.
Los Cristianos 7km / Las Americas 12km away from the Golf Del Sur
There are 3 pools, One of which is a childrens pool, One with easy access for anyone with a disability or perfering not to use steps to get into the water. One pool is heated during the winter months.Flat green bowls can be found down the road. Next door to the complex there's the Atlantic Spa (for those pampering sessions) Ideally located for golf, the Championship golf course is just a 5 minute walk from the complex, or you can sample the other numerous different golf courses on the island. Nearby you can also enjoy various water sports, both above and below the beautiful clear blue waters of Tenerife.
Regular bus & taxi services are available outside the Green Park Complex.
Car hire is easy; there are plenty of car hire companies in and around Golf Del Sur. “But remember your driver’s license will be required.”

Local Area Details The islands are only 300km west of the Western Sahara desert, making the climate much warmer in winter than in Britain.
