The square is home to enthusiastic “Boulles” players every day, weekly markets, and a choice of excellent restaurants.
A ten minute stroll from the flat along the famous Croisette past beautiful beaches, yacht harbors, and pristine gardens, brings you into the center, where the “Palais des Festival” (most famous for the film festival), some of the best shopping in France and the old town known as “Le Suquet” with its lovely little streets and restaurants await you. At the tip of the peninsula and only a couple of minutes walk away, is the historic and magnificently refurbished Casino d’Palm Beach, which routinely hosts world class acts, concerts and spectaculars.
The apartment is charming, and is fully equipped with a kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave oven and washing machine), a bathroom, and a spacious front balcony overlooking the Place de l'Etang with table and chairs, and a small back balcony. It has an enclosed parking.
