Just 8 kms from the small town of Rouffignac and 12 kms from the town of Montignac, famous for the painted caves of Lascaux, guests may enjoy the advantages of a rural environment whilst being close to all modern amenities.

As part of a tiny hamlet the owners are leaving 30m from the house, leaving way for the wide stretching views over the countryside.
The large property has been build to a high standard and may comfortably accommodate for up to 8 guests.

The entance leads directly into a stylish and dining room. The decoration is quite modern and create an attractive contrast between the old oak beams. On the ground floor, you will also have the fully equipped kitchen : dishwasher, oven, gas hob top, fridge-freezer, microwave and all necessities, guests may choose to eat in the kitchen or the dinig room but also under the shade on the front terrace of the well tended gardens.
A large barbecue is also located in front of the swimming pool for warm summer evenings and dining in the open air.

The spacious living is tastefully decorated with large comfortable settees and a large decorative fireplace. There are also the added facilities of television and a mini hi-fi for entertainment.

Leading off from the living room is the terrace, situated in front of the house where garden furniture and parasols allow for relaxing and enjoying the extensive views of the countryside.

One bathroom with a bath, toilet is located on the ground floor. On this floor you will also find a double bedroom.

The other double bedroom with it's ensuite bathroom and the two twin rooms are located on the first floor.

A second bathroom with a shower, wash basins and toilet is also on this floor.

The private enclosed swimming pool measures 10 x 5m and is located next to the house. It is fully fenced for the security of children. The sunbeds allow for relaxing whilst the table-tennis facility will keep the young or 'young at heart' amused for hours in the beautiful garden.
