This property takes its name from the gorgeous village of Pontecuti, just 4km from Todi. From the country house there is a nice view overlooking this little village. The position of the house is perfect for visiting Umbria, Tuscany and Latium. The house is furnished in rustic style and is divided into two large apartments, each of them on two floors and with common entrance on the ground floor. There is also a common room with table tennis and a kitchen with oven and washing machine. Behind the house, near the barbecue, in quiet and isolated position, is a vaste covered and lighted portico: it is ideal for "al fresco" dinners. The garden is large and and well furnished.
