About Airport Information
BY PLANE – Landing In Fiumicino/L.Da Vinci Airport
Once you are in Fiumicino you can reach the apartment by taxi, by train, by bus or by car rental.
1. BY TAXI
You can, of course, get a taxi into central Rome by using the taxi stand in front of Fiumicino airport, even if it is quite expensive compared to the train. Use only authorised taxis (white vehicles with a taximeter) available at the arrivals areas of each terminal. A taxi ride should cost about 40€. Supplements might be asked for luggage, night-time runs and public holidays.
2. BY TRAIN
There is a train at the airport leaving every 30 minutes (from 6:37 am to 11:37 pm) to Termini Railway Station. It takes 35 minutes and a ticket costs 9,50€.
From Termini up to destination, same as above in “By train – Getting off the train in Termini”.
3. BY BUS
Terravision Bus Shuttle (9.00 € one way ticket, 15.00 € return ticket) and Schiaffini Travel Shuttle (8,00 € daily, 12,50 € monthly) are available to reach Termini in approximately 70 minutes.
From Termini up to destination, same as above in “By train – Getting off the train in Termini”.
BY PLANE – Landing In Ciampino Airport
Once you are in Ciampino you can reach the apartment by taxi, by bus or by car rental.

You can, of course, get a taxi into central Rome by using the taxi stand in front of the Arrivals Hall, even if it is quite expensive. Use only authorised taxis (white vehicles with a taximeter).
2. BY BUS
Terravision Bus Shuttle (8.00 € one way ticket, 13.50 € return ticket) and Schiaffini Travel Shuttle (5.00€ one way ticket) are available to reach Termini in approximately 45 minutes.

3. BY CAR RENTAL
Roma Ciampino airport is located on the Via Appia Nuova, 15 km from the centre of Rome.
Drive along via Appia, direction Rome centre (15 km). Keep going straight: you will reach the ancient Roman walls (13 km). From the ancient Roman walls up to destination, same as above in “By plane – Landing In Fiumicino/L.Da Vinci Airport – By car rental”.
