| A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50 by booking or payment in fullrest 12 weeks before arival has been received along with a completed reservation form Final payment 12 weeks before arrivalA SECURITY DEPOSIT of 130 per house must be given to the supervisor on arrival A higher deposit maybe required if more than one property is recerved by customers In the unlikely event of damage to the property or its contents the cost of replacements or repairs will be deducted from the security deposit after consultation with the supervisor Final cleaning is included in the rental charge however a charge of 20 would be levied if the property is not returned in a tidy condition Properties will be available on the date of arrival between 1600 hours and 2100 hours and the property must be vacated at 1000 hrs on the date of departure Arrival time outside these hours must be by prior arrangement with the supervisor Failure to notify the supervisor of late arrivals could result in keys not being available No pets are allowed in any property under any circumstance unless expressly advertised as being a pet friendly location Electricity is charged at 5 per day June July August 8 per day rest of year Towels are available for hire at 2 per set 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel payable to the supervisor |
