Beautiful, luxuriously furnished luxury villa with swimming pool. The villa, which is on the outskirts of Valbonne, is a guarded exclusive domain, with use of tennis court. The villa is on flat grounds of approx. 2,000 sq.m. The villa has a large lawn, spacious terrace facing south with view of the declining swimming pool of 8mx4m. There are sun beds by the pool and a dining table and chairs on the beautifully situated terrace. There is also a barbeque. Furthermore, there is a shared swimming pool which can be fun for the children. The beaches of Cannes and Antibes are approx. 15 km. away. Valbonne and Biot which are nearby, are lovely Provençal villages with many fine restaurants.

There is a cosy sitting room with fire place, separate area with wooden dining table and a mezzanine with sitting area (TV) From the living room you enter the beautiful luxury kitchen with all mod cons such as dishwasher, microwave, fridge. A washing machine and dryer are in the garage, as well as a table tennis table. There are three bedrooms, all on the ground floor all with two single beds. There are two luxury bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. End of stay cleaning € 110. Security deposit: € 750. Pets are not allowed. Linen for hire: € 22,50 per person.
