It is built against the mountain overlooking Cefalù, so the apartments are not all on the same level and it doesn't look like a square apartment building. Every apartment has its own terrace, all with the same view; The pool is for everyone, like 2 extra terraces with tables and barbecue. It is surrounded by olive groves, bouganvilleas grapevines,various fruit trees and last but not least PEACE AND QUIET.
You need a car, because by car it'll take you 6 minutes to get to town, on foot about 40 minutes
or 10 minutes and 10 minutes bus.
Local Area DetailsSicily is a beautiful island full of archeological sites and a fantastic nature.
It is ideal to spend a holiday combining culture, sport, and being lazy either on one of our terraces or on the sandy beach. The seawater is clear. the town of Cefalù is rather small and very picturesque, lovely little streets with lots of terraces, plenty of not too expensive restaurants.
