Haroldston Farmhouse is a large detached self-catering holiday cottage, in beautiful open countryside, just outside the market town of Haverfordwest and is ideally placed to explore the whole of this stunning county of Pembrokeshire. The house is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate 12 adults, so is ideal for a large family holiday or club outing. The games room has a proper bar pool table. Whilst the house is conveniently placed within easy reach of shops, pubs and restaurants it remains tranquil at the end of it's own 300 yard long drive. The beach is only 15 minutes away.
It has a large beamed farmhouse kitchen, which is big enough to seat everybody. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker with double oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. The freezer, washing machine and tumble drier are housed in a separate utility room.

There are 2 sitting rooms, both comfortably furnished with leather suites. One is equipped with television, DVD and video, whilst the other has a hi-fi system, complete with CD and tape player.

The games room also has a TV and portable radio/CD player plus a dartboard and a proper bar pool table. There are various other pass-times , such as jigsaws, Monopoly, Cluedo, children’s toys etc.

The 6 bedrooms consist of 2 doubles with King-sized beds, 2 twins, 1 single and 1 room with 3 singles. If the house is required by 6 couples, the single room can easily be converted to a twin (advanced notice would be appreciated). One of the twins has an adjacent bathroom, with bath & shower, and is situated on the ground floor, so is ideal for people who have difficulty with stairs.

There are 2 further bathrooms upstairs, one with a shower and one with a bath. Both have WCs.

All rooms are centrally heated. We supply all bed-linen and towels, with regular changes. Heating, gas and electricity is included.

The Farmhouse is situated 1 mile from Haverfordwest in beautiful open countryside with views stretching as far as the Preseli Mountains A whole range of shops pubs and restaurants are within a short drive or walk if you are energetic yet Haroldston is in a tranquil setting at the end of a 300 yard private lane and is ideal for a peaceful holiday The house is generously proportioned and is designed to comfortably accommodate 12 adults This makes it ideal for family reunions club outings and for people who enjoy the selfcatering cottage experience but dont want to rough it The beach at Broad Haven is only 15 minutes drive away and many attractions such as Oakwood Theme Park Tenby and St Davids are all within easy reach Indeed Haroldstons central location makes it an ideal base for exploring the whole of Pembrokeshire The area is steeped in history with many beautifully preserved castles and other buildings Haroldston takes its name from the now ruined Elizabethan manor owned by Sir John Perrott Elizabeths half brother and may well have been a farmhouse on that estate For the sportsman or woman there is a 9 hole golf course within a mile a well equipped leisure centre and ample fishing to suit all tastes There are a selection of excellent walks in the locality which are detailed in our own guide The path that follows the western arm of the beautiful Cleddau River is a short stroll away
