Property Details of Normandy Cottage
La Grange is a fully renovated and well equipped barn which is available for self-catering holidays and weekend and midweek breaks.
It has a large, sunny living room with an exposed oak-beamed Cathedral ceiling and an open log-burning fireplace. There are three bedrooms on the first floor (one king, one double and one twin). As well as the large sunny living room on the ground floor there is also a games/family room; with a football table, a sturdy, large sofa bed and a smaller futon which can be used for two extra guests. Double doors lead out onto a private patio with BBQ and garden furniture.
The pool is situated in a part of the garden with breathtaking views over the tranquil Bresle Valley. The pool is kidney-bean shaped and set within a wooden deck; the maximum dimensions of the pool are 5 meters by 8 meters. The deck measures 8 by 11 meters and has a gazebo, a large umbrella, and deck loungers. The pool conforms to French safety regulations, with a laser alarm system and pool cover.
Off the living room is a well equipped kitchen; in which you will find a cooker with grill and four ring hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and ample glassware, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There are two bathrooms each with a shower cabin, WC and hand basin. Bedding, cotton bed linen, bath and hand towels, and swimming towels are all included. A baby bath, high chair and travel cot can be supplied (at no extra cost).
