Property Details of Sardinia Villa
This semi detached house is surrounded on three sides by a large garden of about 300 square metres with three palm trees,one in the front garden and two on the rear garden.
There is enough place in the rear garden for two cars.
In the large patio, if you wish, you can have your meals, in fact it is fitted with chairs, tables, and rattan armchairs. There is also a barbecue in the garden.
The kitchenette is fitted with a large fridge, freezer and oven;in the dining room there is a fireplace, a table with chairs, and two armchairs, two cupboards and a radio, a television and a DVD player with a good selection of films on disposal.
In the bathroom there is a w.c.,a bidet, a washbasin and a shower.
The large bedroom has a double bed, one small bedroom has bunk beds the other has a single bed with a pull-out bed so that it is also possible to have another double bed.
On the back of the garden there is a shower ( cold and hot water ), a wash basin and a box room with a washing machine.
The house is located in a village of about 100 houses.
It is the ideal place for families as well as for people who want to relax.
The area is very green. The wonderful beach of Geremeas can be reached in less than three minutes on foot through a shadowed path which runs along a small river.
The residence is located 100 metres from the road which links Cagliari to Villasimius.
Cagliari is at about 30km and Villassimius is at about 18 km.
The port of Cagliari and the airport can be reached in about 40 minutes by car.
There is a bar-pizzeria at 50 metres and a market at about 150 metres.
Nearby: horsering, golf club, restaurants and pizzerias, scuba diving, markets, fresh fruit and fish, chemist, doctor.
Other fabulous beaches can be reached in few minutes driving distance.
A big shopping centre is in Quartu S.Elena at about half an hour by car.
The Diver Land acquatic Park is at about 15 minutes by car.
Many shops, discos, night clubs,boutiques are in Villasimius at about 18 Km from the house.
