Unit 3 Lucinda Sands is a comfortable 2 bedroom air-conditioned, fully self-contained unit with own laundry and covered carport.
Each unit has a living room (kitchen/lounge area), 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a single bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans. BYO linen. Cooking utensils and cutlery are provided.
The unit is just a short walk to the beach.

Local Area DetailsLucinda is a small enchanting sleepy coastal village with views that will leave you breathless, sandy beaches, majestic rainforests and access to the barrier reef.
Fantastic fishing natural waterholes and waterfalls bushwalks and an abundance of wildlife make this area a must see.
Enjoy the warm sunny days even in winter and take advantage of the endless opportunities in the great outdoors with nearby natural attractions such as Wallaman Falls, Broadwater State Forest, Park Mount Fox Crater and Hinchinbrook Islands Thorsborne Trail, one of the nominated Great Walks of the World.
Lucinda is the closest mainland connection to beautiful Hinchinbrook Island, the worlds largest island national park. One of the best fishing spots in all of Australia, people come in droves each year to try their luck in the Hinchinbrook Channel, the surrounding shallow flats or fish off the worlds longest jetty. Whole families gather on the jetty early morning and late afternoon to catch barramundi or just to watch. At 576 kilometers long, the jetty is nothing short of an engineering masterpiece, with its length actually following the curved contour of the earth.

| Deposit
A bond of 100 is required when making a booking and full payment is required 14 days in advance. Your 100 bond will be returned to you when you check out, providing the unit is left in a clean and tidy state.
Booking and Cancellations
Bookings cancelled 2 months in advance of the start of the booked time will be refunded fully.
Bookings cancelled between 2 months and 15 days of the start of the booked time will forfeit the deposit 100 for bookings of less than 2 weeks or one weeks rent for bookings of 2 weeks or more.
If full payment has been received we will refund the payment minus the deposit Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will receive no refund.
There will be no refund given for guests who elect to depart early. There will be no refund given for guests who arrive later than the expected planned date. Guests who fail to arrive will receive no refund. However there will be a refund if the booked unit has been relet and payment received for the entire period of the original booking.
Although we will endeavour to relet the accommodation this is not guaranteed. If the new booking is not for the entire period of the original booking the refund will be proportioned to the length of stay of the new booking. |
