Your unit at Lakewood Condominiums is air-conditioned and has a gas fireplace and a television. The full kitchen is equipped with both a conventional and microwave oven, a dishwasher and garbage disposal. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC:Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 3/4 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. The Maximum Occupancy Rule is strictly enforced - NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL UNITS HAVE STEPS LEADING TO THEM. THERE ARE NO EASY ACCESS UNITS AT THIS RESORT. To fully enjoy the area, a car is recommended. Most area attractions are closed Oct. 30 to May 1. No pets are allowed. Please inquire with the resort for boat rental fees and boat dock availability. Credit card required to check-in. NO PETS ALLOWED.
