Our villa is set in a private residential area with private parking. For summer 2006 we have added a fully equipped summer kitchen adjacent to the swimming pool for al fresco dining. The pool is heated for Spring and Autumn comfort. On the first floor there is an open plan living/dining room with log fire, opening into a south facing solarium. There are two double bedrooms, large bathroom with bath, shower and double vanity unit and separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, double sink and clothes dryer. Large kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer and combination microwave and an inset log fire. On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed and ensuite bathroom, and 2 further large bedrooms one with double bed and a single bed and one with 3 single beds. These 2 bedrooms have separate access to an ensuite bathroom
