Property Details of Venice Apartment

THE FLAT - The apartment "Corte Malvasia 2" is a residential flat furnished in a refined style and ideally located, just 200 metres from St. Mark Square. The home is situated just in front of the house of the famous Venetian painter, Canaletto.

“Corte Malvasia 2”, easily reachable by public and private transport, is a studio of 50 m2 and consits of: a living-room with two sofa beds (each one can become a comfortable bed for one person) and a well-equipped kitchen, a king size double bed, a bathroom with shower. The apartment is at the second floor and it can accommodate up to four people. In the apartment there is air conditioned. The entrance is a picturesque little private garden.

The apartment is very quiet despite being in a central location. Also, a few steps away from the apartment, there are a large well stocked supermarket, a bakery, a fresh fruit and veg shop, and also one of the best ice cream parlours in Venice. Having all these facilities on the doorstep, particularly the supermarket, is a great advantage for self caterers.

HOW TO ARRIVE: The flat is situated in the very hearth of the old town city centre of Venice, in the lively Salizzada San Lio, just a few steps from Rialto Bridge and St. Mark Square. Usually we meet our guests at the Rialto Bridge (if You prefer we can also have a meeting at St. Mark Square) and we bring them to the apartment (just three minutes walking).
BY CAR: How to get to the Rialto Bridge from Piazzale Roma: take the line 82 of the public water bus (we call it “vaporetto”) and get off at Rialto (about 12 minutes). We will be there waiting for You and in three minutes we will bring You at the apartment.
BY TRAIN: How to get to the Rialto Bridge from the railway station "Venice Santa Lucia": take the line 82 of the public water bus (we call it “vaporetto”) and get off at Rialto (about 12 minutes). We will be there waiting for You and in three minutes we will bring You at the apartment.
BY PLANE: How to get to the Rialto Bridge from “Marco Polo” airport: take bus Actv or Atvo to Piazzale Roma. From Piazzale Roma take the line 82 of the public water bus (we call it “vaporetto”) and get off at Rialto (about 12 minutes). We will be there waiting for You and in three minutes we will bring You at the apartment. Otherwise you can take the Alilaguna boat and get off at St. Mark Square where, if You want, we can have the meeting.
