The houses are located in a private estate of approx 11,000sq.m, perched on a hillside overlooking the Gulf of Aetos, near Vathy, Ithaca. The estate is full of olive and many other fruit-bearing trees; there is also a vineyard. The visitors can rest or walk under the natural shade of trees, pick up and taste fruits, participate in the traditional vine-harvest (if they happen to be there end of August) or the olive-harvest (end of September).

The houses are situated on a peaceful location near the archeological site Cave of the Nymphs where Odysseus is supposed to have hidden his treasures when he returned to Ithaca. They are only 5 minutes away from the port and the main town of Vathy where there are shops supermarkets restaurants and bars bank post office etc and 2 minutes from the nearest beach Dexa by car Nearby there are also country churges archeological museum and walking tracks
