Charming old house located in the middle of Stavanger, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. It is situated in a quiet street only 200 metres from the harbour and ferry terminal were you can take a boat trip to exciting and beautiful places in Ryfylke. It is possible to park your car in the area outside the house, however you will need a parking permit.
The house is fully remodernised with new paint and wooden floors throughout the whole house. The house is of a very good standard in every room; and is decorated in a fresh, bright and modern style.
The house consists of 2 floors + basement and garden. On the first floor you will find the living and dining room, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen opens into a small garden with decking. In the hallway there is a toilet; as well as stairs with access to the second floor.
On the second floor you will find 1 bathroom with shower, as well as 3 bedrooms.

| House St Hans NOK 1300 per night NOK 8500 per week. Discounts for rental of more than 2 weeks may be given please contact us for more details. We have a minimum stay of 2 nights It is possible to rent for 1 night but the price will then be the same as for 2 nights Security. Deposit NOK 1000 EURO 150 GBP 100. A security deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The deposit will be refunded after the completion of the rental period and once inspection is satisfactory that the property has been left in same condition as found on arrival. Final Cleaning NOK 400 will be added to the rental price. Note For rentals of one week or more final cleaning is included in the price. Optional Extras Bed linen and towels NOK 100 per person per stay. Note For rentals of one week or more one set of linen and towels per person included in price. Free baby cot bed if required. |
