The upstairs and downstairs have seperate entrances and contain their own private bathroom, double and twin rooms, cooking facilities and TV. They can be rented seperately or together for a larger group.
Local Area DetailsOkuru is a small town of 30 people, beside the mouth of the Okuru River and the beach and is situated in a World Heritage Park.In the area are trout and sea fishing, beach walks with drift wood and shells, penguin viewing between June & December, rain forest walks where native birds can be seen, jetboat river safari and historic Jackson's Bay where the early settlers landed. It also has the Red Hills and fault line which are of geological interest.
