A modern, comfortable 2-story villa with a private pool. The ground floor is spacious and open plan: The living area has a twin sofabed and 2 armchairs, a TV, DVD player and a mini Hi-Fi system. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs seating 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. An iron and a board are also supplied. There are utensils and kitchenware to accommodate 8 people. Also on the ground floor is a guest toilet and washbasin. Upstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms, the main (master) bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and shower, WC, and wash basin. The other 2 bedrooms are twin singles. All bedrooms have dressing tables and plenty of wardrobe space. A second (general) bathroom with bath and hand shower over, WC and wash basin. The master bedroom and one of the twin rooms share a balcony overlooking the pool. The villa can sleep 8 people, 6 in the 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 at the sofabed downstairs. All bedrooms have air-condition units. Use is optional at CYP 2.50 per day per unit paid locally on arrival. Hand and bath towels, as well as bed linen, are supplied and changed weekly, guests should bring their own beach towels. Outside there is a private swimming pool 8x4 m, a large patio, sun loungers, garden furniture and umbrellas. The garden area is landscaped and there is car parking space. Villa is NON smoking
