The property is situated on the Massarosa hills around Lucca,235m above sea level, just 15km from the nice sandy beaches of Viareggio, with beautiful views of the sea and of Lake Massaciuccoli: when it's very clear you can see Corsica island,too. Nearby there is a small tuscan village, with an old church,some little shops and 2 restaurants. The surroundings: mountain villages, miles of golden beaches, smart resorts and coastal towns with superb restaurants are there to be discovered.
