Property Details of Baja Condo
These are two different types of condos in a 5 Star Resort. The most elegant units are the 2,400 square foot, three bedroom, large, living room, three bath, large deck, ocean front units. These are truly dynamic. They also have a good sized jacuzzi on the decks.
Large gym and spa on site.
The other units are large 2 bedroom two bath units with Ocean and Pool Views. They, too, are very nice units.
The Resort Staff is one of the most accomodating that you will ever find. They are there to serve and help you at all times.
Golf courses are close by. Make sure to inquire about reservations early so you can get a tee time.
There are three pools.
There are fishing and snorkeling trips to be taken, or just rent a car and go on your own to various snorkeling locations.
Rent mopeds and cruise the area at your own pace.
The night life is reserved to quite wild. I am sure you'll find your spot.
Local Area DetailsYou can walk downtown in 20 minutes if you wish. Lover's Beach is just a glass bottom boat away. The town has many restuarants and ton's of bars with entertainment. All kinds of water activities exist, ask at the resort or inquire from the many vendors in the area.

| Prices vary according to summer season and winter season. May 1 to June 15 and September 15 to October 31 are the lowest priced. Start at $1750 for two bedroom. Other months in the summer season start at $2,250. Two bedroom units can accommodate 6 well and can have up to 8 people if necessary by ordering a couple of beds. Resort prefers six people.
The three bedroom, ocean front penthouses start at $3,000 and go to $4,500 in winter season, and to $5,000 for Christmas and New Year's weeks. Penthouses can accommodat 8 people easily and are allowed to have up to 10 people. |
