Villa Videira is a south facing detached villa with private pool and sea views. It is a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes by car to the resort of Armacao de Pera and the village of Porches. It is in a peaceful location yet easy drive to all amenities.
The accommodation comprises:-
Lounge/diner which has patio doors onto the pool and patio area. It has the benefit of a Sat TV with English channels, and a DVD, Video player and a wall mounted CD player.
Kitchen has a full size gas cooker, fridge/freezer,microwave,iron,toaster, washing machine.
Downstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom,with double wash hand basins, bath wtih shower over and wc.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
There are patio doors onto a terrace which has lovely sea views.
There are steps down from the terrace to the pool.
A cot and hichchair can be provided at no extra charge and there is also a safe for your use.
The villa has marble floors which make it nice and cool in the hot summer months. Room fans are provided.
Outside a large patio surrounds the pool which is 10x5 metres and a purpose built b-b-q is there for your enjoyment. The villa is surrounded by a pretty garden and is situated down a quiet lane.
Sun loungers, parasols and tables and chairs are provided for relaxing outside.
Maid service is provided 5 times a week.
Local Area DetailsThe villa is 2k to Armacao de Pera with its beautiful long sandy beach Here there are plenty of bars restaurants and shops The village of Porches is also 2k from the villa and here you can seen the famous Porches Pottery being hand painted There are also some very nice upmarket restaurants in this village Aqualand water park is a 5 minute drive and Zoomarine where you can see the Dolfins swim is approx a 10 minute drive as is Algarve Shopping Mall Faro airport is a 40 minute drive to the villa
