Property Details of Tenerife Apartment
Green Park is a nice private complex ideal for families or couples. There are many facilities on the complex such as the Sundowners bar featuring Karaoke nights, the Legends a quieter bar for a relaxing drink, and a snack bar. There is a laundrette and car hire also on site. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people comfortably in two twin bedrooms, there is a double bed/settee in the lounge so we can sleep 6 if neccessary.The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room.There is an L shaped balcony which catches the sun most of the day, which is enclosed with sliding windows.There is satelite TV, DVD, a video and a Radio/cassette/CD player and air conditioning in the lounge. A new kitchen area with a ceramic hob, full oven, fridge and a washing machine.
Bedding and towels changed weekly. Cleaning at the end of your holiday.
Local Area DetailsGreen Park is only 5mins walk from the clubhouse of Golf del Surs 27 hole championship golf course and across the road from Grandee O'Donnells Irish bar with entertainment every evening. Within 30mins walk there are many shops, bars and restaurants, including a commercial centre with entertainment in the square most evenings. There is a new marina with hoby cats and jet skis for hire, also instruction if required, and diving. Las Americas is only 20mins drive away
