27 Quinta Verde is a beautifully designed Villa in the exclusive development called Quinta Verde. Located 1km from Quinta do Lago and accommodating up to 10 guests with its five bedrooms all of which are en-suite. The Villa has natural stone floors throughout with an under floor heating/cooling system. There is a superb private pool, entensive gardens and large sun terraces. Furnished and fitted to the highest standard 27 Quinta Verde provides everything you would expect from the perfect holiday accommodation.
The master bedroom has a double bed and large private roof terrace. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and private roof terrace. Bedroom 3 also has a double bed. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have twin beds. All rooms have en-suite.
The master bedroom en-suite has twin sinks, bath, wet room and WC. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 en-suites all have twin sinks, wet room and WC. Bedroom 5 en-suite has a single sink, shower and WC. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor in the villa.
The large lounge has 2 comfortable sofas and 3 patio doors leading outside onto a terrace overlooking the pool. There is a 42' plasma TV with full satellite package, Xbox 360 and music system.
The kitchen/dining room is open plan and comprehensively equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer plus all the usual kitchen appliances. The dining area has seating for up to 11 people. There is a spacious laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, single sink and ironing board with iron.
The Villa has an underfloor heating/cooling system which regulates the temperature of the villa to suit the requirements of guests. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the villa. The property is ideal for families and suitable for children of all ages.
The garden has a large lawn area, exotic trees and shrubs and a terrace overlooking the pool area. The private pool is 10x5m and can be heated on request. Comfortable sun loungers and a hammock are also provided. A portable BBQ offers guests the opportunity to enjoy al-fresco dining. The outside dining table seats up to ten people. The Villa is fully enclosed with a fence and automated gates which access the villa via a private driveway.
Local Area DetailsThere are 5 golf courses within the area that can all be reached within a 5 min drive and a mere 15 mins drive takes you to further golf courses along the Algarve coastline. The Algarve has been a magnet to many discerning golfers for almost three decades. Portugal's southernmost province is justly famous for its spectacular scenery along a fabulous coastline. Add to this 24+ beautifully tended golf courses, a friendly climate, a cosmopolitan culture and wholesome regional cooking, all in a compact area steeped in history and you have the ultimate in year-round golfing destinations.
The local Tennis Academy is situated in the centre of the resort and considered one of the finest facilities of its kind in Europe. The 14 hard courts (4 of which are the new Savanah artificial grass) are set in a pine-clad amphitheatre overlooked by the superb Clubhouse. It is difficult to find a more relaxing and picturesque setting to enjoy a game of tennis. The tennis academy also has a gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool, massage room, bar and restaurant.
There is a local riding center that is open to all ages/levels of expertise and is a fabulous holiday experience.
