This Luxury villa is situated in Super Cannes, just 10 minutes to the lively popular resort of Cannes. The spacious villa comprises of 7 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities, 3 lounges, a large lounge with fireplace overlooking the pool, a television lounge and a piano lounge on the first floor mezzanine. The dining room comfortably seats 12 people. The newly installed kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, Microwave and is fully equipped. there is a separate utility room in the grounds with washing machines and pressing facilities. The roof has three terraces with panoramic views of the sea, BBQ, table and chairs and sunloungers. The ground floor terrace has a dining table and chairs for 12 people. The large leaf shaped pool has sunloungers, table and chairs, BBQ and a poolside bar. The gardens are well kept with flowering shrubs and trees. This villa is ideal for events such as weddings, conferences etc
