Just a couple of mintues walk to a sandy beach. The apartment is situated on a complex that is nestled within the hills of the Calblanque Nature Park. It has much to offer for your holiday.

The apartment is set by the seas of the Mar Menor in an authentic part of Spain. It has access to shared swimming pools (inside and outside), a east facing balcony with sea views, view of the La Manga Strip and to the hills behind. If you are driving there through the lemon and orange groves of the Murcian hills then private parking and a garage is available for your use.

The apartment is right beside a beach and close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.



Located on the 5th floor, there are lifts and stair access to the apartment. It can sleep up to 6 people and consists of 2 bedrooms, lounge/diner, bathroom, fitted kitchen and a very large, pretty terrace. With views of the tropical swimming pools, sea, La Manga strip and the hills beyond. You can also have access to the solarium on the roof, for even more expansive views and a spot of extreme sun bathing!

The apartment has a good sized terrace which offers outside space for eating, sunbathing or just watching the sun rise whilst enjoying your breakfast. You can also enjoy free use of the gym, sauna, jacuzzi,indoor and outdoor pools and childrens play area.


The Living room is open plan, comfortably furnished including a large sofa bed, dining table and seating for 4. 2 further bar stools can be found in the kitchen and there are 2 sets of patio furniure on the terrace. There is warm/cool air conditioning, video door entry system and Sky TV (including English Channels), TV/DVD/CD entertainment. Sliding doors open onto the terrace where there is plenty of patio furniture and loungers.

The main bedroom has a double bed wit, bedside cabinets and a large fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and another large fitted wardrobe.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a WC, bidet, vanity unit, wash hand basin, bath and shower over the bath. Everything is there for your holiday comfort including a hand held hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, oven and grill, extractor fan, washing machine, a portable bar stools and table, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Cutlery and crockery is provided for 6 people and there are ample cooking utensils. An outside sink and other equipemtn can be found situated off the kitchen in the galleria terrace.

The accommodation is very spacious, floors are tiled throughout, well equipped and furnished to a high standard. All linen and towels are included in the cost, and the apartment is cleaned for your arrival and on your departure.

The Mar Menor is a pretty and large (135 square kilometres) salt-water lagoon, separated from the Mediterranean by the 24 kilometre long La Manga del Mar Menor (The Strip). It is lined with miles and miles of blue-flag sandy beaches. The average depth of the Mar Menor is 4m and never gets deeper than 7m which means that the seabed slopes very gradually. This makes it ideal for family with young children or people who just love thier water sports.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. It also has 2 sets of patio furniture and 2 sun-loungers. The living room has a television dvd, satellite/cable. The dining room table and chair sits 4 people but 2 bar stools can be found in the kitchen.
The kitchen caters for 6 people and has a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob etc.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bath and bidet.

The nearby market towns of Cabo de palos and Los Belones have much to offer. Cabo de Palos, with fantastic beaches, coves and With one of the prettiest quays, this marina town has a famous 19 century lighthouse perched on top the cliffs. From here you can see the whole of La Manga, bays and inlets. Known locally for its great fish restaurants serving "catch of the day".

For those wanting the culture and history, Cartagena and Murcia offer this in abundance. The shopping at these cities is pretty good too!!

The ancient port of Cartagena predates the Roman period and boasts the ruins of a Roman amphitheatre, not discovered until 1987, paved Roman roads and architecture, archaeological museums and military and modernist exhibits.

Murcia, the regions capital is only a short drive away has narrow streets dating back to 831 AD and a magnificent Cathedral. Don't forget the cosmopolitan shops! Murica is an ideal location for a break from sun bathing. Murcia has “two seas” on one coastline; the Mediterranean with its endless white sandy beaches, crystal clear water, magnificent cliffs, lively ports and picturesque coves, and the Mar Menor sea, which was originally an open bay but is now a large coastal lake of warm seawater.

A short drive or a very pleasant bike ride away takes you to the sandy coves of the Mediterranean and the beautiful area of the Calblanque National Park. The white sandy beaches and sea here are more rugged.

Further afield are Cartagena, Murica, Rio safari, Aqualandia Waterpark and Terra Mitica Theme Park.
