It opens directly onto the patio, with it's table and seating for eating 'al fresco'. The washing machine, iron & ironing board etc are in the seperate utility room. There is also a downstairs toilet.
The four upstairs bedrooms, all with laminate flooring, are spacious and comfortable. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor, and has direct, outside access.
An adjoining garage doubles a games room, with table tennis, darts etc.
The property is in an anclosed garden, with mature trees and shrubs, and with fenced swimming pool. The pool is floodlit and has a large sun terrace.
