villa style apartment situated in the quiet beach resort of Ammoudara, only 3km from the town of Agios Nikolaos and 150m from the beach. There is a regular bus servicing both Agios Nikolaos and the small resort of Istron daily.
This self catering apartment/ villa is spacious and very well equipped for a self catering holiday. Decorated in a traditional Cretan style with lots of character, the apartment has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, local satellite t.v and a large kitchen and tiled bathroom with bath tub.
There are large sea facing terrace or balconies from which to enjoy the incredible views. There is also a large swimming pool with childrens pool, and the gardens contain olive trees, fragrant flowers and fruit trees.
The area of Ammoudara has a fairly well stocked mini market, sandy beach and beach front tavernas.
