Home Advice Spain – T is divided in 5 different quarters. When entering the apartment you will find yourself in a welcome hall. Opening the first door on your left, you will come to a 2 persons bedroom equipped with two individual beds. Going right you enter the spacious living room / kitchen which form one space.
Decorated with fine furniture, which guarantees you a relaxing moment after a long day of strolling through Barcelona. With its little balcony and nice view it looks more like a quiet neighbourhood rather than the epic centre of one Europe´ mayor cities. In the quarter next to the living room you will find the mayor bedroom, also with its own little balcony. It will give you the change to wake up in the morning, open the window shutters and enjoy the sunlight shining on your bed. This bedroom is connected to the bathroom.

Local Area Details

This little picturesque street is a side street of La Rambla. One of the world’s most famous promenades. Going down from Plaza de Catalunya all the way down to the Old Port of Barcelona. While descending it, you will encounter all the activities that make this promenade so special: good restaurants, bars, pubs, the most impressive artists, street theater and off course the little market boots selling flowers and birds.

A side the Rambla you will find the Gothic Quarter with The Picasso Museum, The Parc Ciutadella and the Big Cathedral. But before reaching those you have to find your way through all the little charming streets and squares of the gothic area. Each street with it’s own specific character and awkward shops.
Of course there are also sufficient accommodations for those who rather spend there time eating in a typical Spanish restaurant or have a good laugh in one of the many bars. The neighbourhood Borne, famous for its nightlife is within very short distance. A visit to the Montjuic, the mountain from which you will have the best overall view of the city can also be reached by foot.

Transport

Being situated in the centre of town, you will have most activities worthwhile seeing and visiting at close hand. For visiting other parts of town (e.g. the architectural pieces of the Catalan mastermind Gaudi) you will be very well connected with the Barcelona metro-net. The nearest metro station is at 100 meters.
