At 3,5 Km from Benidorm beaches, this nice and peaceful property is set in a big garden, with palm and fruit trees, in the middle of the mountain.
The house is made to receive 8 people, in four bedrooms (three with 140 cm new beds and one with 90 cm new beds)and two bathrooms (one is outside to serve for the pool). The kitchen is brand new, and has dishwasher, washing machine, hoven, cooker and marbble working plans.
Two very nice terrasses offers beautiful views and shade. The independant garage can take two cars.
The pool is secured by a gate and offers a small bath for kids and a big bath for adults (2 meters deep).
To go shopping, you will find a big supermarket called CARREFOUR and a discount supermarket calles LIDL at 1,5 Km from the villa. If you prefer typical local shop you can walk to the village of Finestrat, at 200 meters and find a pharmacy, a tabacco shop, internet cafe and food shops.

Additional InformationAbout BarsLots of bars are located in Benidorm and offer a range of atmospheres which goes from family country type bars to girls dancing on stage. Lots of them are located along the LEVANTE playa, which is the most trendy and surprising place to be at night, or during the day, if the beach is too hot !
