Property Details of Costa Blanca Villa

This attractive holiday home nestles among beautiful vineyards and has a charming, peaceful atmosphere. It is close by the quaint old village of Benitachell, Costa Blanca and 10 mins from the delightful beach resorts of Javea and Moraira. 5 mins from well-known Javea Golf Course and 15 minutes from La Sella Golf Course. Tennis Courts, Go Karting and other leisure activities are within easy reach. A feature of the property is it being in 2 separate dwellings, sleeping 8-10 in total. Ideal for 2 families or friends holidaying together. Includes 2 kitchens, 2 lounges etc and separate entrances.

Changeover day:
During July and August, changeover day is Saturday. Otherwise it can be flexible. We request guests to vacate the property by 10am and enter the property after 4pm.

Accomadation:

Bedrooms: Ground floor 2 double bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin beds).
Top floor 2 double bedrooms (2 double beds).
Double sofa bed on ground floor.

Bathrooms: Ground floor has 2 en-suite shower rooms.
Top floor has 1 en-suite bathroom and a 2nd shower room.
Kitchen: Both kitchens are fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Supplied with sink, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.
Utility Room: Washing machine, sink and cleaning utensils.
Living Rooms: 2 lounge/diners. Ground floor with sofa bed and chairs. Top floor with 2 settees and armchair. Both have TV, satellite, DVD player etc.
Other: Top floor naya (enclosed terrace) overlooking vineyards.
Cleaning/towels/
linen: Towels and linen are included and extra sets provided if longer than 1 week stay. The villa is cleaned on entry and exit. Cot supplied at extra charge if requested.

Accessibility
The ground floor of the property is fully accessible by wheelchair users, there are no steps, doorways and corridors are of normal width. There is access for a car right up to front entrance.

Outside
The property stands in its own small garden with fruit trees and flower beds. There is space for alfresco dining, with outside furniture provided, including a BBQ. There is a shared community pool with sun-loungers and sun-shades provided. The pool has a separated shallow end for children.
