There are 3 ensuite shower rooms and 1 family bathroom. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped, Villa Maniola sits in grounds of 1/2 acre. The Villa has a large swimming pool (14m x 7m) surrounded by a sun terrace.
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric built in oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The large lounge has a TV, video, DVD and stereo system with CD.
Outside there is a barbecue and seating for dining and admiring the sea views.
The nearest supermarket and beach are only 5 mins away by car.

Local Area DetailsLocal attractions include Hilarion castle and the fort overlooking Kyrenia Harbour with its shipwreck museum, (the oldest ship ever recovered from the sea bed, over 2000 years old). Bellapais Abbey and the 'Tree of Idleness' are 20 mins by car. A definite must is a visit to the ancient city of Salamis, the oldest city on Cyprus, situated near Famagusta. There are a variety of beaches some with facilities and watersports and others, such as those in the Karpas peninsular, which guarantee seclusion. There are also protected beaches where you may be able to see the giant Turtles nesting. There are numerous restaurants with a wide choice of cuisine. As would be expected fish is fresh and plentiful. The winding streets of the larger towns are host to many shops selling items to satisfy all tastes and pockets. Cyclists and walkers find the quiet coastal roads are ideal for exploring and the mountains behind the villa offer miles of excellent hiking trails. For the more adventurous other attractions include a large waterpark, go karting track, quad biking, paint ball games and paragliding.
