There are spectacular views of the valley and yet the property is only from half a mile from the direct route south from Caen with its ferry terminal of Ouistreham. Recreational and leisure facilities are excellent with sandy beaches only a 45 minute drive away. The gite called The Garden House was built about 10 years ago of local stone and is set in wooded garden with its own sun terrace and barbeque. It was totally refurbished last year and all equipment and furnishings are of the highest standard.
