La Casa Dě Vignolo is a 16th century house finely renovated with great care. The house can sleep 6 people. There are 2 bathrooms both with the shower.
The house is located in Pergine village approximately 9 miles(15km) from the A1 Florence-Rome motorway and 4 miles (6km) from the train station.
Located in the heart of Tuscany, the village is ideally situation for exploring the wonders of Tuscany. All the major attractions are a short drive away, making this the perfect spot to launch your Tuscan vacation. For example, less than one hour away are Florence (31 miles/50km), Arezzo (12 miles/20km) and Siena (22 miles/40km).
The Village House "La casa dě Vignolo in Pergine" is a 16th century house painstakingly renovated with great care.
All the floors are age-old in "cotto toscano" ( original Tuscan tiles) and the walls are the original stones or painted with natural colour. We respect the style of the house so the kitchen has is own sink 17th century old, the large living room has an enormous fireplace still working ( please ask for the wood that is free), the beautiful veranda is the original stones and bricks .
All the furniture are antiques and originally property of the family.
The house has three bedrooms which can sleep 6 people : 2 doubles and 1 with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms both with the shower.
The beautiful living area has one big fireplace and satellite TV, is connected by a big arch with the dining area where can seat 6 people.
The kitchen space is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker and oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee machine.
A separate small laundry is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Local Area DetailsThe most important cultural towns (Florence,Arezzo,Siena) are a short drive away, but don't forget to dedicate part of your time to explore the beautiful Valdarno valley: although it's very famous in Tuscany for the industrial development, restricted in particular areas, however it conserve untouched landscapes and artistic heritage that deserve your visit.
Old villages with derived names directly from the Etruscan time as Loro Ciuffenna, Gropina or Cennina, castles and parish churches, wait you to make your holiday unforgettable.
