The Hotel
This newly built Aparthotel The Playa Marina is set in a private complex which lies next to the Mediterranean Sea. It is right in the centre of the exclusive resort of Cabo Roig (Red Cape) on the Orihuela Costa in Southern Costa Blanca.

There are many beautiful sandy beaches within minutes’ walking distance of the hotel and four professional Golf courses from just 5 minutes drive away.

The Playa Marina complex has a 24hr staffed Reception with 7 day security. The Hotel is very modern with an upmarket feel. The luxury lush landscaped gardens have a beautiful 25m pool with children’s section and large Jacuzzi. There is a spacious Residents lounge, Internet Station and two lifts giving access to three floors. There is also an excellent Restaurant and Bar.

The Apartment
The Apartment is situated on the second of just three floors and is near to one of the lifts. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, hob, kettle, a large fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a spacious air-conditioned lounge with a sofabed, ideal for 2 children or if necessary adults, there is also a dining table with six chairs and an easy chair. Digital Satellite TV and a CD player are provided for your entertainment. The lounge has patio doors leading onto a large terrace. There are two twin bedrooms, one of which is air conditioned and also leads onto the terrace; the second bedroom has a ceiling fan and window. The bathroom has a full size bathtub with shower, bidet, w.c. and a vanity unit with shaver point. A Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board are also provided for your convenience.

The apartment has a large, south facing spacious terrace with patio dining furniture; it overlooks the pool and has views toward the sea.

Cabo Roig is blessed with one of the most agreeable climates in Europe With daily coastal temperatures in the spring and autumn months rarely dropping below a very acceptable 16 or 20 degrees centigrade one can swim comfortably in the sea well into November Cabo Roig is perhaps the most exclusive coastal area of the Southern Costa Blanca but is still very accessible with only a 20 minute drive north from Murcia airport and a 45 minute drive south from Alicante airport Cheap flights are always available from all local airports with a flight time of just over 2 hours For your entertainment there are three excellent 18 hole golf courses as well as horse riding scuba diving tennis courts walking trails fine dining and nightlife
